We worked closely with Presscription in consulting a range of different technical solutions to help fulfill their wants and needs. One such feature was a live chat function. This was suggested to help the business owners communicate quickly and efficiently with their customers queries during the ordering process to instantly help increase their conversion rate and solidify a great customer service experience.
A countdown timer was also included to create a sense of urgency in making a order. An interactive, easy to navigate cart was also developed that slides in and out from the right side of the webpage so as not to disrupt the user journey.
Discount codes are a standard feature for most eCommerce sites, as well as calendar functionality, a postcode finder, showing ‘related products’ on specific pages to help secure more sales along with trusted shop reviews. An ‘Abandoned cart’ feature was also added to prompt users to return to their order if they still had items in their cart.
Along with organising standard cleanse packages, we also designed an interactive ‘Create your own cleanse’ page which guides the user in choosing specific juices to personalise their cleanse in a fun and engaging way. Animated giffs and page transitions were another feature of the site to help create a unique user experience.
